pre-planning

We Welcome Pre-Arrangement Transfers, call us to answer any questions you might have.

There are a host of reasons why pre-arranging a funeral is a wonderful idea. Not only does pre-planning ensure  your special preferences are met, it helps the funeral process run more smoothly for your loved ones. You may have heard that "funerals are for the living", although true, pre-planning gives you the opportunity to have an input in organizing your services.

There are two types of pre-arrangements, first is the pre-arrangement itself where your wishes are outlined, biographical information is collected, and the cost of your services are noted on a Goods & Services statement. There is no cost associated with this type of pre-arrangement. The second type is called the Pre-funded arrangement. This is where you take the outlined services and make arrangements to pay for those services. This can be done with a funeral trust, obtaining funeral insurance or you may choose to use existing life insurance. The ultimate questions are...Do you want to have the services guaranteed or not, and who will pay for your funeral if you don't make those arrangements in advance? It is important that you discuss your plans with your family, that if something should happen, everyone has a common understanding of what to do and what will be required.

We are here to explain Medicaid spendowns and the process involved as well as discussing Veteran's benefits and Social Security questions.

Below, we have a simple form for you to complete that will start the pre-arrangment process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy talk with you.
